Q. Where is my order?

After purchase, you must have received the order confirmation, your item will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, where two man delivery might take 2-5 days on dispatch, once item dispatched your order will be updated with valid tracking number and courier information, if you have difficulties tracking your order status, please kindly contact us via eBay messaging or other mean of communication if provided.

Q. What does signature on delivery slip mean?

This means you have counted no of boxes as per the delivery note and received item in good condition from the courier. Hence inspect the boxes on arrival, be more careful on glass items. Otherwise please reject the delivery or sign as received damaged.

Q. What happens if item is not as expected?

You are covered by 30 days money back guarantee. Please contact customer service immediately and keep the item unused with original packaging.

Q. Can you deliver on the date of my choice?

Yes we do our best but cannot guarantee, you have to either contact customer service or leave a note while purchase, we tried to deliver on the date of your choice (date should be within or after the estimated date), where as we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Please note this is possible on Monday-Friday only. Generally there is extra charge for Saturday delivery of £25.00.

Wardrobes and other two man delivery will be contacted for delivery date and time of yours for book in.

Q. Can I change delivery address?

Yes you may but it has to be formally requested via eBay messaging service and request must be placed before item dispatched.

Q. I may not be home on the day of delivery, what shall I do?

All of our deliveries strictly require signature on arrival to you, again if you cannot manage to do so, you may request us to leave at next door, safe place via eBay messaging system before item dispatched.

Q. Why my delivery is delayed?

In general case it shouldn’t be delayed as we use express service for your delivery excluding Two man service (5-7 days). To avoid any delay we recommend you to provide us correct primary contact number, correct delivery address, and if clear direction for drivers to find the address. Sometime very rear cases that item get misplaced, hence if you don’t received it by 5 working days of your order placed please do contact us regarding and rest we will chase it for you.

Q. I live on the 5th floor, do you deliver?

We and our courier are responsible to delivery item up to the main entrance of your building and two man service will take your item up to the first floor, due to the insurance policy our courier company staff may not able to enter into your property even they wish to help you on that occasion, hence please manage extra hands to take your item up to the room of your choice.

Q. How do I know exact delivery date and time?

Please refer to the tracking code provided and track online. If you could not find any information call our customer service number. Also customer may contact Courier Company, which will be updated on your purchase order.

Q. I have problem with my purchase or item I bought.

Returns: We accept return with 14 days of arrival in original package. We only accept items in new and unused conditions only. We will be responsible for return but packaging is buyers responsible, where we accept items on original packing only. 

We will not be responsible for postage fee for wrong orders. Product fault proof is required with images.
