Bryan Robson OBE began his career with West Bromwich Albion in 1972 before moving to Manchester United in 1981 where he became the longest serving captain in the club's history and is now "Global Ambassador" for the club.
Bryan played 345 games for Man Utd and captained them to 3 FA Cups, a European Cup Winners' Cup and 2 FA Premierships. Towards the end of his playing career he moved into management as player-manager with Middlesbrough.
Bryan was capped for England 90 times between 1980 and 1991 and he was captain for 65 of those games - only Bobby Moore and Billy Wright having captained England on more occasions.
In 2011, Bryan was voted as the greatest ever Manchester United player from a poll of ex Man United Players - THAT SAYS IT ALL REALLY :)
