This is a brand new C9 by Champion long sleeve activewear top.  The tag says it is semi fitted and has body skimming fit. 

Approximate measurements are:

XS: length is about 24", across at the armpits with top laying flat is 17". across at the hem is 18"

S: length is about 25", across at the armpits with top laying flat is 18". across at the hem is 19"

M: length is about 26", across at the armpits with top laying flat is 19". across at the hem is 20"

L: length is about 27", across at the armpits with top laying flat is 20". across at the hem is 21"
