Cable Installation:
- Remove the throttle pedal rod.
- Place "looped" end of supplied cable between the nylon bushing and washer.
- Clamp cable on pedal assembly with the through-bolt hole.
- The other end of the cable has a small insert that can be used on a carb linkage rod and clamps the cable in place.

Summary: For short distances this would be ideal but I was making front steer on my boat so it was a 25' cable and the bar that runs from top to bottom of the pedal bent when I tried to press the pedal
