You Bobcats know that Bob's early bootlegs were among his best.  Many rare and unpublished performances.  The is THE BIBLE of those early CD's, 499 in total.  Each CD is pictured, along with it's front and back covers, as well as the set list, date and location, and production and packaging information.  There are three appendices (= indexes) in front: reference number (1-499), alphabetic listing, and archive recordings (= chronological) for easy reference.   The pages come in two binders (see photos) (12 1/2" by 10 1/2") with a loose leaf format.  I don't know how many copies of this invaluable set were published, but I think that this may be the only one you ever see!  For collectors of all-things-Bob, this is a must own!  Shipping will be AT COST by USPS first class boxes to US or Europe.  US: $45.00 (ignore the $25 below), EUROPE: $82.00.  If the cost is LESS, I will refund the difference immediately via PAYPAL.  If it is MORE, I will eat it!  You will know the cost when you see the box!  Happy to take your questions??
