 Curry aromatisé  mais très épicé 

 Ingrédients : Poivre, piment, fenugrec, cannelle, cardamome, 

coriandre, cumin,  curcuma , fenouil, gingembre, macis, clous de girofle. 

 Utilisation : 2 à 5 g par kg. (recette en bas de page)
