Genuine large size map from the Theatrum Orbis Terrarum, printed by Abraham Ortelius at the end of the 16th century.
This one is from the very rare french edition of this famous atlas, without date but seen dated 1592 in museums and antiquarian shops.

The map has very minor defaults on the sides, otherwise in perfect condition.
That's an uncutted sheet, which explains the sides are not perfect (people use to cut them to avoid that, it's much better to framed the sheet to hide the sides).
Laid paper with watermark in good condition for its age.
