Size states M (Medium) - though I think this is a JUNIORS - looks like a small juniors size, similar to a girls size 14.  Measurements are below. (maybe measure a similar one of your own to compare numbers?)

Very good condition, no tears, rips, stains - looks to be in excellent pre-owned condition. 

ROOTS label (official Olympics gear), mesh inserts across shoulders and arms, Canada/Olympics circular badge on one sleeve, "04" and Canadian Maple Leaf badge on other sleeve.  CANADA across front, Canadian Maple Leaf and Olympic Rings on back. 

Measurements:

Across back - armpit to armpit -  18"

Length down front from top of collar - 21"

Length down sleeve from armpit - 21"
