Detachable shoulder strap. Top zip, Flap, and Snap closure. Exterior: Leather handle. Two sides pockets. One large zip pocket on the back. 

Interior has 1 Wall slip pocket at the main compartment. The front compartment has 

large zip pocket on front with flap and snap closure and interior has 3 slip pockets and two tinny pen pockets.
