It is marked on the side "CHAUVIN & FERLAND / TORONTO" and measures approximately 8¼ inches high by 2¼ inches in diameter.

It's in excellent shiny condition with some wear, surface scratches and bruises; pictured. It has an inner lip bruise.

According to Glen C. Philipps’ reference book ‘The Ontario soda water manufacturers and brewers gazetteer & business directory’; this business was only in business for 3 years; in 1875 up until 1878.

For those who are wondering what BIMAL means, it stands for “Blown in the mold applied lip”, this term is also referred as “tooled lip”.
