If you are upgrading from a GTX 10 Series card to the RTX 20 series, you need to upgrade your system BIOS WITH THE OLD 10 SERIES CARD IN THE LAPTOP!  Before you remove the 10 series card and install the 20 series card the BIOS on the Laptop needs to be upgraded to a version that supports the RTX 20 series Video cards.

If you do not have the BIOS that supports the RTX 20 series cards, please let us know and we can send you a download link!
