Within 30 days of delivery if item is UNUSED.

Each and every return we receive is inspected with a MICROSCOPE(yes, really). If we detect even one speck of dandruff, LET ALONE LEFT OVER HAIR, the return will be rejected and you will be reported for returning items in condition against the return policy of the seller.

This is just a warning and with that said, we've never had problems with returns. Sometimes people decide their brush is too expensive so they return it. No biggie, if its not used, returns are processed immediately. We like to keep everyone happy.
