Shipping and Returns Information All customer orders at Tiger Safety are treated with the utmost importance and we ensure all of our clients that their goods will be shipped the next working day from order date (if not sooner). We also promise free postage on every single UK delivery, whether it is a pair of work gloves, safety eyewear, protective clothing or safety hard hats. Free shipping applies to orders within the United Kingdom only, all overseas orders will be subject to additional carriage charges. All deliveries made by Tiger Safety will be made using a combination of Royal Mail and MyHermes for smaller deliveries and DPD for larger deliveries. Some local deliveries within the North West of England may be made using one of our own delivery vehicles. All deliveries are expected to be made between 2-7 working days. Returns are accepted at Tiger Safety with a no quibble policy providing that all items are returned with original packaging and any items which come tagged such as high-visibility jackets, work clothing or safety boots or shoes must remain intact. Prior notice to any item to be returned must be given to our sales team, this is to ensure the quickest possible processing time for your refund. Returns requiring swapping for alternative sizes are subject to a Standard Processing Fee (SPF) of £2.95 regardless the item in question.
