Return Policy

FREE RETURNS - 

When listing indicates free returns, buyers will have 30 days after receiving the item to return the item for a full refund at no charge to the buyer (free return shipping).  

BUYER PAID RETURNS- 

When listing indicates buyer paid returns, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, the buyer can return the item for a full refund at no cost to the buyer (free return shipping) within 30 days of receiving the item. However, if the buyer wishes to return the item for any other reason they may receive a full refund, but will need to pay for the return shipping. -All returned items must be in the same conditions as when purchased, items that are marked brand new must be in unopened and in its sealed package, to receive a full refund. Any item that has been opened or used may be subject to a partial refund.  

-To be eligible for refund all items must be returned first. After Item is received back, a refund will be issued. 

-Returns may not be available on perishable items, contact us for more info. 

Shipping

We do our best to ship everything within 24 hours of confirmed payment. However, we are a small operation so please allow at least 2 business days for your item to be shipped.

We reserve the right to change shipping carries after purchase. We will always choose the carrier with the best shipping times, depending on the type of shipping selected and paid for. 

Please, not that as of October 2021 the USPS has announced longer shipping time for first class mail. So, be aware that listing marked first class may take an extra day or two longer to arrive then you are used to.

Warranties

Because we are liquidators, we cannot guarantee warranties on the products that are sold by us unless otherwise stated in the listing.  If we do not state that a warranty is included, please contact the manufacturer directly to see if it qualifies for a warranty.
