Carlo Raimondi (Bocche di Cattaro, 24 dicembre 1809 – Parma, 5 gennaio 1883) è stato un incisore e pittore italiano, allievo e poi continuatore dell'opera di Paolo Toschi (architetto e incisore cui si deve il merito della diffusione delle opere di Correggio a livello europeo) 

Dal 1822 al 1828 fu allievo di Paolo Toschi a Parma, poi divenne il suo principale collaboratore. Nel 1848 venne nominato docente di incisione all'Accademia di Brera, e nel 1854 la duchessa Maria Luigia lo chiamò a dirigere la Scuola d'incisione dell'Accademia Parmense, succedendo allo scomparso Paolo Toschi. Da allora visse sempre a Parma. Dal suo maestro ereditò certamente la grande perizia nell'esecuzione dei ritratti e la morbidezza del bulino. Eseguì lavori sia autonomamente che in collaborazione con il suo maestro. Sotto la sua direzione la scuola d'incisione parmense seppe conservare il prestigio che conquistò sotto il Toschi. Portò quasi a compimento il corpus incisorio delle opere del Correggio, al quale mancavano due sole opere quando egli morì.

Carlo Raimondi (24 December 1809 in Bocche di Cattaro – 5 January 1883 in Parma) was an Italian engraver and painter, pupil and then continuation of the work of Paolo Toschi (architect and engraver who deserves the dissemination of Correggio's works at European level)

From 1822 to 1828 he was a pupil of Paolo Toschi in Parma, then he became his main collaborator. In 1848 he was appointed professor of engraving at the Brera Academy, and in 1854 Duchess Maria Luigia called him to direct the School of Engraving of the Parma Academy, succeeding the late Paolo Toschi. Since then he has always lived in Parma. From his teacher he certainly inherited the great expertise in the execution of portraits and the softness of the burin. He carried out works both independently and in collaboration with his teacher. Under his direction, the Parma engraving school was able to preserve the prestige it conquered under Toschi. He almost completed the corpus incisor of Correggio's works, which lacked only two works when he died.
