The tag has been removed but this is definitely true 1960s vintage. I am unsure of the fabric content but my best guess would be some sort of wool blend. It will definitely keep you warm. Please note that there is some faint fading (picture #8 as well as in the inside area where the tag used to be) consistent with age. Over all, this dress is in great condition and ready to wear this fall!
