I have done as best as possible a job to determine the lighter's condition. I have given it to a local expert to review as some of my older lighters procured in this buyout have been deemed refurbished or cleaned. In those cases I have tried to indicate that the lighters have visible wear and have provided as many pictures as is possible in each eBay listing. In any event, I am calling these lighters "Used" if there is are questions in the matter.
Some of these lighters have (or had) red "official" stickers applied to the back of the lighters and in some cases the glue was so old the labels have come off on their own, in other cases the stickers were removed enough to open the lighter up to validate the "newness" of the lighter. You will see this in the pictures.
Lighter itself is in nice overall condition, Based on the condition of everything we are fairly sure the lighter was refurbished, paperwork is there but you can barely tell it was fixed.. looks like new
