Our prank packages are designed to be used amongst friends, family, colleagues etc. for a bit of fun. We do not condone our products being used in a malicious way, to cause upset or harassment to another person. If this is your plan, then please do not continue with the purchase. 

These are designed to be sent directly to your recipient.

Please do not message us with your recipients name/address as we are unable to update these for you.

Please update the name/address during the checkout process. If you do not update these yourself then this parcel will be sent to you at your address.

ADDING A GREETINGS CARD?

Choose to add a greetings card to the prank package from the dropdown menu.

(See photo section of listing for a choice of cards available)

Each card measures approx 15cm squared when folded and will be sealed inside a white envelope and placed inside the prank package.

Please use the 'message to seller' box during checkout to send us the following information:

-Which card you'd like: Please type 'BIRTHDAY CARD' or 'PRANKED CARD'

(if choosing the birthday card, please remember to let us know the NAME that you would like added to the front it).

-Personal message for the inside of the card: (max 25 words)

If you don't let us know which card is required, then we will automatically include a 'pranked greetings card' with a blank inner section.

If you choose to add a Birthday Card but don't supply a name for the front of it, then a name will not be added.

If you do not supply us with a personal message for the inside of your chosen card, then the inner section of it will be left blank.

Once you've typed everything in the 'message to seller' section, it's important that you press 'done' otherwise your message will not be saved and your order may be cancelled. If in doubt, then send us a message.

POSTAGE:

Your order will be dispatched within one working day (Mon-Fri) and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. Although the majority of 2nd class post will arrive within 3 working days, we do regularly experience post arriving up to 5 days after it's been despatched. Therefore if you require your package to arrive sooner than 5 working days from despatch, then we strongly advise you to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 1st Class (additional costs apply) which can be done during the checkout process.

IMPORTANT: (to prevent any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you read the following)

-PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY PERSONALISATION THAT YOU SEND US FOR GREETINGS CARDS IS SPELT CORRECTLY AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISSPELLINGS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT YOUR PERSONALISATION FOR THE CARD HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SAVED TO YOUR ORDER. SO PLEASE, DOUBLE CHECK! IF IN DOUBT, THEN SEND US A MESSAGE.

-IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS HAS BEEN UPDATED TO MATCH YOUR RECIPIENTS ADDRESS DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. WE ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE THIS FOR YOU AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF YOUR PARCEL IS SENT TO YOU INSTEAD OF THE INTENDED RECIPIENT.

-WE WILL ALWAYS DESPATCH YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMES SET OUT BY EBAY. THEREFORE, ANY DELAYS TO YOUR ORDER LAY WITH ROYAL MAIL AND LJB CREATIONS WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH DELAYS.
