This listing is for a lovely antique American Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Period miniature scent bottle with Repousse embossed decoration. The design encompasses the entire bottle except for a shield shaped cartouche on the front and back that reads "Betty" on one side and "1886" on the other. The bottle has a screw-on top with an embossed design on the center top. Marked on one shoulder with the trademark stamp of the Whiting Mfg. Co. and "Sterling, 1913" with "Pat. 1873" stamped on the top collar.
Measures 2 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep. Weighs 15 grams.
This nice scent bottle is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws although there may be some very faint unnoticed signs of normal wear commensurate with age.
