This listing is for a complete CNC DS Flexion spindle cable already plugged with HY's large white female spindle connector installed already. This allows the end user to assemble the other ring terminal end to save money.  

This kit includes the following components to complete the build:

  •  20Ft. piece of 16AWG 4 lead Double Shielded DS Flexion Robotics Grade Cable. (This cables outer diameter is 9.3mm with a minimum bend radius of 2.9in)

  • This cable is rated to 600v, and 105 degrees Celsius (221 degrees Fahrenheit), and is designed for applications where an ultra flexible double shielded cable is required.  This cable is professional ULTRA FLEX Robotics grade, and features both Mylar foil, and tinned braided copper shielding with integrated yarn separators between each of its four leads.

  •  It also features Integrated shield drain allows for simple grounding. 

  • 10in of 13mm (600v 125c) temp rated heatshrink (single wall for flexibility) (This is to build your VFD's end boot that goes around your leads).

  • 4 4mm solder type ring connectors with 4 matching pre-cut 3mm (600v 125c temp rated) heatshrink pieces for insulation to provide proper VFD end termination

  • 5in piece of 18awg green silicone drain wire (200c temp rated)

  • HY Large (17.75mm White Spindle Female Connector already installed) Supports 1.5Kw to 2.2Kw Spindles

The connector is installed with Kester 186 flux, and Kester solder along with double wall adhesive heat shrink in two layers for the proper stress relief.
