Shipping

• Coast to Country Decor is a Melbourne based business and all items are in stock and shipped within 1 business day with tracking Monday - Friday. Pick up most welcome from Knox area Vic 3180. 

• Securely packaged using recycled materials wherever possible.  

• All Artwork & fragile items will be delivered by courier where possible, with full tracking. If you know you will not be home to take delivery personally, please ensure the courier has access to a secure, dry place to leave your parcel. Specific delivery instructions are welcomed. 

• All items have been fully checked prior to packaging. Whilst we take great care with our packaging to best avoid any damage or breakage during transit, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us as we endeavour to resolve any issues in a prompt & friendly manner. Returns are accepted (in original packaging & condition).
