These are the plastic dome covers that fit on human anesthesia machine absorbers from Ohio - Ohmeda (absorber 18, 19, 20, 21) and on veterinary anesthesia machines from Pitman-Moore (models 960, 970, 980. 990). These fit over the little white or black flutter valves that move up/down as your patient breathes. 

Please note: in two of the pictures we used a paper clip to elevate the part to give you a better angle on it's size/shape.
