ITEM DESCRIPTION:

All items have been externally inspected. Please study the photographs carefully as these are the most important part of the item?s actual condition. We will endeavour to show any external damage in the listing photos. Any internal damage or possible internal parts that may be missing may not be known to us as we do not dismantle assemblies so we cannot be held liable if any internal parts are missing or damaged.

All items are compatible with the bike, year and model included in the listing. It is the customer?s responsibility to determine if the part could be compatible with another model / year / bike / project and refunds are not accepted for this reason.

Used parts will usually have signs of wear and tear depending on the age and previous usage, including some marks and scratches. Whilst we do our best to provide an accurate description, there are no guarantees when dealing with older used parts and any errors or faults are unintentional. Only items in the photographs are included, so may not include all screws, brackets or attachments required. All parts for sale were removed from fully functional bikes.

Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please message us first through eBay if you have a problem. We will work with you to try and fix the issue to your satisfaction.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Please check the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au for information on estimated delivery times, track your item, and see if there are any significant delivery delays in Australia and your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the parcel delivery process. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 business days of the estimated delivery date please send us a message and we can open a case with Australia Post to investigate where it is. If your parcel is deemed "Lost in Transit" we will refund your money in full.

LOCAL AUSTRALIAN BUYERS:

Postage costs are calculated per weight and size using Australia Post Standard parcel delivery or local courier, unless you have requested Express Post. Tracking numbers are entered into eBay on the day they are sent.

Local pick up is available on the Gold Coast QLD, please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale if the shipping charge is in excess by 20% or more of the listed postage cost due to a customer living in a remote area.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Shipping includes postage and handling calculated on the weight of the item using Australia Post Standard parcel delivery. Australia Post Tracking Numbers are entered into eBay on the day they are sent.

PLEASE NOTE: International Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs or VAT tax, GST, tariff levies, royalty, or any other charges that are due on delivery into their country. Ebay collects this tax upon payment of items for some countries. Other countries require payment upon pickup of the parcel.

Please contact your own Customs Department for further information on how much tax you are expected to pay.

We WILL NOT falsify any Customs Declaration forms or claim a lower price for any of the items that we sell. Falsifying customs documents is against Federal and International Law and it puts our business at risk. Please do not ask us to do this.

COMBINED POSTAGE/SHIPPING:

We always provide combined postage/shipping costs on multiple item purchases. Choose "Add to Cart" on eBay for multiple purchases. Sometimes eBay allows us to send you an invoice with combined shipping costs included before you pay. Other times eBay makes you pay up front but we always refund the difference on the day your items were sent.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is included for all our items up to the sale value. This covers damage or loss of the item being sent.

RETURNS:

If we make an error in the description or condition of the listing we will refund the item cost and initial postage/shipping charges. We will also pay for the return postage/shipping costs.

If the buyer makes the error in purchase we will refund the item cost but the buyer pays for the initial and return postage/shipping costs.
