This poster is SEALED NEW and Never Opened! The ONE IMAGE I FOUND on the internet is a terrible image but appears to match the poster....so apparently this is rare find! I looked for a hour! The pictures of the rolled poster are the ones I took with my phone.
This poster does have visible fine print with a print year showing...1998.
