Pre-owned Car Dealer Promo item, in good unused, as shown. It came along with several other dealer items, like caps, shirts and die cast cars when a local dealership closed its doors. We put batteries in and it came on and can be seen on in the photos. Does not have the instruction sheet or packaging.
