Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please start your eBay return within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. We ask that all returning items are provided in an un-used state in their original packaging with no additional tape on the original box.

If you have purchased an item by mistake or have changed your mind about a purchase please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, all our orders are checked before dispatch against picture and information on the advert so if your item doesn’t fit and we haven’t advertised that it would fit, the return costs are your responsibility.

If your item doesn’t fit and we haven’t advised before purchase it doesn’t make the item not as described or advertised, it means the means the wrong part has been bought for your Vehicle.

If your item is faulty please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our friendly and honest advisors will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
