RETURNS

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving the delivery, you will need to inform our customer services team.

- All returns must be unused

- All return charges paid by customer (we will refund minus return charge)

- Damaged goods should not be signed for on delivery

DELIVERY

Depending on the size of your headboard delivery may be done by a 3rd party company, if you have a small headboard we use a 48 hour service via one of the UK's leading parcel companies.

All our deliveries are free to UK Mainland, list of excluded postcodes is listed below. (Conact if you have any questions)

Customers will be given a day of delivery, if you would like to change date of delivery please contact us when ordering. All deliveries are done 7 days a week Monday - Sunday 6am-9pm.

Any orders placed BY 10am Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed AFTER 10am Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after 10am Friday including Saturday and Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday.

Wrong Postal Address

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the postal address, prior to making the purchase, should the address be incorrect and the item is returned us, there will be additional charge of £15.00 per postage.
