This is Aviapin's second limited edition pin badge made from genuine aircraft skin. This time, it’s ex-Air Astana Boeing 757-200 P4-GAS, which was taken apart at St Athan in South Wales, UK, under the short-lived registration EI-GTW. Given that it was still wearing its Air Astana livery and had spent much of its working life as P4-GAS, we are releasing the pin badges with that reg.

This aircraft entered service with LTU in 1996 as D-AMUI, before moving to Air Astana in 2004. There, it received its livery of white, blue, silver and gold, and the three available colours in this release come from the tail.

Pin badges are 18mm across with locking pin backs for a secure fastening.

Two versions are available in these three colours – one with 757 engraved and the other with AS, the last two letters of the reg, standing for Astana, the aircraft’s home base in Kazakhstan for many years. In addition, one very rare bi-colour pin is available - a genuine one-off, the only one made in this design.

SET OF 3 AVAILABLE FOR SPECIAL PRICE! See options.

Please note - the metal from which the pin badges are made comes from a real, once-working aircraft. The paint is original, and may show marks from the aircraft's working life.

Also available on Ebay is Aviapin #1, British Airways 747-436 G-CIVG - see our other items for details.
