PAYMENTS

We request that payment is made within 7 working days.

Paid items must be collected within 4 weeks of the payment date, please contact us if you will be unable to collect within this time-frame.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase due to failure to pay or collect.

COLLECTION 

Our collection address is our Knaphill Furniture Shop, 16-18 High Street, Knaphill, GU21 2PF. We are open 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are available for Saturday collection but please contact us beforehand. 

Items listed as Collection only are too large, heavy or fragile for transit and cannot be posted by us as we do not have the resources to package them.

We accept prepaid furniture couriers such as shiply for larger items but we will be unable to wrap them, once the item has left us any damage that occurs will be the buyers responsibility.

POSTAGE

As we are a charity we always aim to cover all postage and packaging costs with our rates, we do not make any profit from this.

Please let us know before paying if you would prefer a tracked service, our standard is Royal Mail 2nd Class which is not tracked.

For tracked delivery we offer Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class for items valued over £50, and Special Delivery by 1pm for items valued over £100. Currently we have a maximum of 5 working-days dispatch time. Most of our orders take 3-5 working days to be delivered, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods.

For selected items we use UPS Next Day delivery which is also fully tracked and takes 1-2 working days.

 

COMBINED POSTAGE

We are happy to combine orders when possible, please let us know if you are bidding on multiple items as we are happy to wait to dispatch them all together.

For buy-it-now items, adding them all to your basket should automatically combine and reduce postage.

For auctions please contact us before paying and we can send a revised invoice to combine your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international postage; other excluded zones include Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man, as well as PO Boxes. This is due to the charges some courier services have imposed when sending items to these areas.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy if you change your mind, alongside the Ebay Money Back Guarantee if the item is damaged or faulty.

If you have any issues with the item you have purchased, please contact us before opening a case or leaving feedback. We will work hard to resolve any issues as soon as possible, with the best possible outcome for our customers.

For most items we can provide extra images at a request, however for more delicate items that are pre-packed, or larger items not on location we may not be able to.
