Disclaimer: Recently I have received complaints about the unit I sell doesn't work. Please be advised each unit is fully tested and approved by Fortin before I ship it out. The only thing I assist you is flashing the unit. This won't have any damage on the unit. As mentioned in my listing, the unit must be installed by a qualified and certified professional. Therefore, if you are purchasing the unit from me and try to install the unit by yourself, you're solely responsible for it. In other words, refund will be given back to you when I have the item tested and confirmed it was default and not damage by usage. If you damage the unit when trying to install it, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Shipping time frame:

I normally try to ship the item as soon as the payment is clear from the bank. However, please be advised that item might be shipped by Friday or Saturday of each week since I work odd hours and sometimes don't have time to run to the post office or schedule a pick up. Thus, I would ask for your patience with the package before contacting me about the fact that you have not received the item.

Return:

Return must be made within 30 days after you received the item. Since this is a brand new item from the manufacturer, I only accept returns with two following conditions:

1. If you have just received the item and changed your mind, a full refund will be given minus the shipping fees.
2. If you have opened the item, I only accept the return in case the unit is defective or DOA. As suggested by the manufacturer, the unit must be installed by a qualified person. If the unit is damaged due to mishandling, no refund will be offered. Once I receive back the unit, please allow enough time before a full refund (minus shipping) can be made. The unit will be tested by a professional to assure it was defective or DOA and not damage due to mishandling. Please make sure you include everything from the box prior to ship back to me.

If you decide to return the item without contacting me, a 15% of stocking fee will be applied.
