This pillow has never been used. Came with manufacturer defects.

There is a sewing alignment issue on the inside that goes against the neck (when flipped inside out) (see photo 9).

The other manufactuer defect is that the stitching had come undone on one of the corner pockets used to hold the tablet, stuffing was able to escape. The hole was sewn closed and now the pocket on that corner is not as deep as the others. The box says the pillow should hold a 12 x 12 tablet, but now that the sewn pocket is not deep, it may only holde a smaller tablet or either one corner of the tablet might not be in the pocket (see photos 11 & 12; photo 10 for comparison).
