Jacques Esterel (1917-1974).

A famous French musician, plays writer, avant-garde fashion designer of the 1950-60s celebrated for his peculiar and fanciful designs (Photos 6-7). He also was renowned for designing Bridgette Bardot's wedding gown. .

The brand was sold in 1974, still exist, the owner is unknown.

Smell profile: 

 A classic very French scent built around a whimsical oriental animalic base modified by rich floral bouquet adorned with green aldehydic top.

Main notes to mention citrus, lavender, galbanum, rose, jasmine, carnation, orris, sandalwood, olibanum, benzoin, vanilla, musk, castoreum.
