New MAS Industries/XCP tie rod adjusting sleeve.  This both couples and adjusts the front inner/outer tie rod.  This adjuster will work on either side : LH (driver's) side or RH (passenger's) side.  An alignment should be done when changing this part.  Part sold individually.  Fits the following:
