Binding: Full leather binding with five raised bands down the spine, gilt decoration down the spine and front and rear boards, marbled end papers and marbled text block at the head, tail and fore edge.
Condition: Good - corners bumped and rounded, some wear to the extremities of the boards, pages have been counted and are all present and correct, pages very lightly tanned otherwise contents clean, bright and tight.

Like New	A book that has been read, but looks new. The book cover has no visible wear, and the dust jacket (if applicable) is included for hard covers.
Very Good	A book that has been read and does not look new, but is in excellent condition. No obvious damage to the book cover, with the dust jacket (if applicable) included for hard covers. Very little wear and tear.
Good	A book that has been read, but is in good condition. Minimal damage to the book cover eg. scuff marks, but no holes or tears. If this is a hard cover, the dust jacket may be missing. Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing
Acceptable	A book with obvious wear. May have some damage to the book cover but the book is still completely intact. The binding may be slightly damaged around the edges but it is still completely intact.
