This watch is in great shape for its age and seems to be running great.

There is a debate on the History of these Unicorn pieces.
I suggest you search the internet on all the information on how Rolex had other watch companies parts were used in these watches some say they only assembled them some say Rolex was selling these as a lower budget piece in the Austrailian market. There is loads of information about Rolex started out and started making these as the originator had patented the name Unicorn and many other names when he started

This watch seems to be running fine when wound, but with this watch I do not know when it was professionally serviced last for timing, accuracy or wear . We wind them to be sure they are running but no professional servicing or longevity testing.
As all estate finds we suggest it be serviced and cleaned to keep this running for years ahead and to be sure all parts are still in specs.

Even though it is running all watches are sold for parts or repair /Restoration not running because of age and fragile items of this age. All watches have anti tamper sticker attached due to fraud. Insurance required and signature conformation
