The cards are part of a larger set being SOLD EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE by Topps celebrating the 50 year anniversary of LucasFilm. 

However, these three cards are SOLD OUT, and no longer available to buy!

Another eBay seller wrote that these cards seemed to “slip by” potential buyers when Topps listed them on their site.
