WHAT DO I THINK OF IT? This is a beautiful shade of green blue that reminds me of a peacock. The slight metallic effect enhances it and looks very striking. It would look beautiful on almost any skin tone. It would look beachy on blondes, exotic on deeper skin tones and bring out brown eyes.
WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? The actual owner of the company. This brand was carried successfully many years at Wal-Mart and is a great quality drugstore makeup.
