This listing is for the vintage Department 56 "Maylie Cottage" (item number 5553-0), part of the Dickens' Village "Oliver Twist" Series in their Heritage Village Collection. This piece was released in 1990 and is long-since retired. The building is in very good used condition overall. A previous owner has added a stick-on wreath to the roof, and it is missing the very top of the left-hand chimney (as seen from the front.) There are no other chips, cracks, or other flaws noted on close visual inspection. It includes the working power cord and light. I do not, unfortunately, have the outer box or the Styrofoam packaging; it will, however, be securely and safely packed for shipping. The price reflects this condition. See the photos for the details; it will come to you as you see it.
