Returns | We will accept a return of an unused product within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery and to ensure we thoroughly manage your query. You will be asked for a detailed description through email or ebay messenger, along with your receipt, photos and/or video to support your findings before the return can be arranged. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
