Eleven Sales Shipping Process
Each poster we sell is shipped in a sturdy mail-worthy tube, not a flimsy paper tube. The poster is rolled in a protective paper and the ends of each poster is protected at the caps. We thoroughly tape each end to ensure a tight seal to protect the poster from weather conditions that may arise during shipment.
Every poster is shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. If a buyer would like to change that to Express Mail or to use UPS or Fed Ex, we may be able to accommodate that, but ask that you please message us prior to bidding/purchasing to confirm.
Eleven Sales Poster Rating Guidelines
Our poster condition ratings are our subjective opinion of
the poster in its current state. Please see the description of various types of
poster flaws beneath the ratings below.
MINT (M)
A poster that has never been used or displayed. A fully
rated mint poster has been stored flat since purchase and not stored in a
rolled state. The posters should have no folds, pin holes, no tears, no paper
loss or other flaws. Mint is a rare condition in concert posters as most are
purchased at a show where rolling the poster is nearly impossible to avoid.
NEAR MINT (NM)
A poster that appears fresh and with saturated colors. Many
near mint rated posters have not been used or displayed but may have been
stored in a rolled state. Near mint posters should have no pin holes, no tears,
no paper loss or other flaws. Near mint is generally a rating used for posters
purchased at a show where it is rolled into a storage container and protected
from the moment of purchase.
VERY GOOD (VG)
A poster with bright color and a clean overall appearance.
It may have one or more general signs of use such as slight corner bumps/folds,
scratches or other minor flaws. Very Good/Near Mint or VG+ usually indicates
that a poster was purchased with these minor flaws and all care has been taken
to prevent any further wear.
GOOD (G)
An average poster showing general signs of age wear, which
may have some fading, small pin holes, corner damage, adhesive marks, or minor creases
and tears. Good condition indicates that a poster may have some flaws, but
generally will ?frame out?, and that the focal art piece is intact and without
damage.
LOWER GRADES (FAIR/POOR)
We generally do not sell posters below good condition,
unless it is an extremely rare poster and that condition will be clearly noted.
Posters in the fair or poor category include those exhibiting larger tears,
significant creases through the entire poster, water/moisture damage, waviness,
wrinkling or yellowed appearance.
