This is a replacement Nickel-Cadmium battery pack for the Teig 24Y4008 or Atlite 24-4008  which consist of 4 AA cells. All packs come with wire connector as seen in pictures. Be advised that you may have to adjust your current connector. 

Popular applications for Ni-Cad batteries include portable electronics, photographic equipment, emergency lighting and hand-held lamps. They also fit remote-controlled toys.
