This is a vintage 1980s Ball Point Pen, doubt it writes, never used, but the ink has dried out and selling as a collectible.
I think you may be able to replace the cartridge, but selling as is.
This is for 2 new old stock (NOS) Burlington Northern Pens, these are Blue, selling as an Railroad Company collectible only. This is in nice shape, not perfect, but extremely nice as they were sitting in a box for years.
