This silver gray finish table lamp has a six sided mirrored section in its base.  The finial and top and bottom of the base are in an acanthus leave pattern.  The lamp seems to be some sort of resin material and the shade has a silky shiny finish.  It will accommodate a maximum 60 watt bulb.  It measures approximately:

24 1/2" to top of finial

5" wide base

Shade:  8 1/2" high x 8 3/4" wide at bottom x 3 3/4" wide at top
