This, I think, Asian Woman, is painted in Asian clothing, very vibrant color paint in red, green, gold, orange, black and white.  Please view all pictures as it's integral to my description, which is rather hard to describe.  

Measuring:  6 1/2" tall x 2 1/4" long at base x 1 3/4" deep, standing on black wood base, moving up to white pant legs, with long shirt/jacket in green, red, rust sash, short red sleeves with white arms and hands.  The hands are wired to a small/mini rattan basket.  The face is bright white with red dots on cheeks, lips as well as design on ear areas.  Black eyes with fine line eyebrows in black.  Black hair with orange band around head.  This is all paint, no fabric, all on carved wood. A string at bottom between legs, when pulled the basket flies up, overhead.  The arms are moveable, attached with some type of pins.  

This item is very rare, cannot find anything that even resembles this item.  No mark to be found.  

Quite unique.
