Where to site your Robin Nest Box
Attach it to a wall at least 1.5m (5ft) above ground level. Avoid attaching to a tree with low branches as this could enable a cat to attack the nest. If you have a lot of cat activity in your garden try to site the Robin nest above 1.8m (6ft) above ground level.
When to introduce your Classic Nest Box
Although your nesting box is most useful to your birds during their nesting season, you may find that it is used at other times of year as well. It will provide very useful shelter for wild birds in Autumn and Winter from our cold British weather.
