I don't know how old this is and I have not been able to find much on the artist due to the fact that there are many artists named Harrison

The frame does show some signs of age and wear - some spots the plaster has damage and shown in the photos 

Unknown age and just lovely. 

overall measurements - 16" x 18" frame thickness 1 1/4" with an additional extended frame in the back to make it 2" total thickness.

Image size - 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" with a canvas size of 8 x 10.
