All Pack Fresh cards in Excellent to Near Mint if not Mint. All these cards are pack fresh and penny sleeved right after taking out of packs. All Rares, V's and Vmax's have also been top loaded.

SHIPPING: All cards under $20 shipped free in plain white envelope using Ebay's shipping method for sports and gaming cards. All cards are penny sleeved  and either top loaded or put between cardboard or both depending on card then waterproofed before mailing.
