Everbuild General Purpose Silicone Sealant can be used to seal around baths, showers, basins, window frames and other household uses. It remains permanently flexible and forms a watertight rubber seal upon drying. It can be used internally or externally, is waterproof, quick drying and mould resistant.
1 Tube will seal approx. 10 linear metres for a 6 mm diameter bead.
Description and uses
A mid modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials. Contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity. Forms a powerful permanent flexible rubber seal.
General purpose silicone is ideal for use in the following applications:
- Sanitary & Bathroom applications
- Sealing around worktops and laminates
- Glass to glass and glass to aluminium & metal sealing
- Sealing metal, timber & PVCu Frames
- Industrial uses and as a gasket seal
- Aluminium and plastic gutter sealing
- Refrigeration and hygiene seal in non-food areas
- As an adhesive for fixing PVCu trims and cladding
Application
Apply using a standard sealant gun. Surfaces must be sound, clean and dry.
The joint depth must never be greater than the width.
In deep sections, reduce the joint depth to approx. 50% of the width with expanding foam.
Tool down within 15 minutes of application - we recommend the use of the seal rite smooth out tool or alternatively use a wetted spatula, piece of smooth dowel or a wetted finger.
This product cannot be over painted. Any painting should be undertaken before applying the sealant.
Everbuild Flexible Decorators Filler is a fast drying, acrylic based filler and sealant that remains permanently flexible. This easy to apply filler can be overpainted with most paint types or covered over with wallpaper without the need for sanding down.

Applications:
- Ideal for sealing and filling cracks and gaps prior to decorating. However, can also be used around skirting boards, ceiling cornices, window or door frames, stair treads or risings and fixtures adjoining walls. Finally, if needed this filler can also be used to fill damage plaster.
- Please note – Do not apply Flexible Decorators Filler at temperatures below +4°C. Application Temp. Range +4°C to +40°C. Flexible Decorators Filler should be at room temperature when you begin using the product. If stored in cool conditions it should be placed in a warm room / bucket of warm water before use to gently heat up to working temperature.
