PIAA® Passenger Side Wiper Blade Refill (A1CD50). 19" in length. Silicone is the material. Claw made of rubber PIAA windshield wiper blades are made of silicone rubber, which promotes continuous water beading in inclement weather by coating the windshield with silicone. The effect is similar to that of common windshield coatings, but without the hazy side effects. Water beads up into droplets at low speeds, which are easily removed with a simple wipe. Wind pressure pushes water off the windshield at higher speeds, often without the use of wipers. Silicone rubber is also twice as durable as traditional rubber, allowing it to perform better over time. Furthermore, the Aero Vogue and Super Silicone blades can be refilled with PIAA wiper refills. PIAA wiper blades have a sharp, clean edge and are more resistant to wear in all climates.
