It appears to be very old - and looks to be a dresser mirror but missing the dresser and the top trim piece - But other than that it is beveled mirror with curved corners on the bottom and a smaller radius curve on the top corners - Wood frame and does show some damage and shown in the photos. The Mirror is not cracked or chipped but does show some age within the mirror due to normal aging.
